Carl Fox has been representing both buyers and sellers in northern California for the past 20 years. Carl started his career at Century 21 and quickly found himself in the top 15% of all Century 21 agents worldwide. He was a trainer, mentor, and coach for the organization and helped new agents get started in their real estate careers. In 2008, Carl expanded his services by purchasing Mission Property Management Company. Here, he built one of the leading property management companies in the East Bay, while also maintaining a high level of real estate sales. In a span of 13 years, Carl has more than doubled the business and increased the staff from 3 employees to a team of 9 helpful people. Mission Property Management collects over $10 million in rent each year and manages a diverse portfolio of hundreds of rental properties with an estimated value of over $400 million.

Meet Carl

A California native, Carl was born right off the runway near Edwards Air Force base in Lancaster, California. Raised mainly in SoCal, he has embraced all the adventure California has to offer. Sports, camping, hiking, parachuting, and cycling have been his great passions throughout the years. Carl has hiked up to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite twice and spent the night there. He has been in the Bay Area for all of his adult life, has lived in Fremont for the nearly 30 years, and has a beautiful wife and three adult children. When he’s not hard at work in the office helping owners and tenants, you’ll likely find him in his garage finetuning his woodworking skills.

Aman is a Bay Area native and has lived in the area his whole life. A graduate from San Francisco State University, Aman brings extensive marketing knowledge to help bring and lure the best quality leads for your home. With his background in digital marketing, paid advertising, and real estate, Aman will guarantee your home is in good hands and make sure you’ll be satisfied with the results.

 

ACADEMIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Aman earned his multiple Associate’s Degrees from Ohlone College in Fremont, California. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from San Francisco State University.

Meet Brad

Since 1988, Brad has met the home service needs of hundreds of buyers and sellers from all over the Bay Area. His expertise is in the Fremont, California area. Let Brad put over 30 years of real estate sales, management, finance, negotiation, and administrative experience to work for you! He knows how to help his buyers and sellers realize or enhance the dream of home ownership.

Brad spends each day managing his many separate buyer and seller accounts through planning, organizing, and time management. He has an innate ability to set short- and long-term priorities. Brad is known for having the right attitude, ability, and approach when dealing with clients, whether in person, by email, or on the phone. He personally seeks to qualify buyers to establish individual needs. He takes a team approach when working with his clients. Negotiating and closing sales is what Brad does best. Brad leaves nothing to chance. He follows through on each transaction, from financing to inspections to the final closing. For years, Brad has worked with builders, bankers, architects, attorneys, escrow officers and accountants. He also specializes in trusts, probates, and conservatorships. His business is built on client rapport and earning his referrals through satisfied clients.

Brad earned his Associate’s Degree from Ohlone College in Fremont, California. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from Holy Names University in Oakland, California. Dr. Hatton completed his doctoral studies and received his degree in Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
